DocuSign
DocuSign carries the signature work: listing agreements, buyer representation, disclosures and construction change orders.
What it is used for

Environments
DocuSign runs two separate environments:
- Test — for setting up and checking the connection.
- Production — the account that carries real envelopes.
The workspace is pointed at one of them. If the card connects but shows no envelopes, the workspace is most likely pointed at the other environment. Ask your administrator before changing it.
Connect
Select Connect
On the DocuSign card, select Connect.
Approve the app
Sign in to the DocuSign account and approve the requested permissions. An organization that requires administrator consent shows a request screen instead — send it to the account administrator.
Return to Kroll Connect
The card shows Connected with the account name and the granted permissions.
Sync now
Select Sync now. The sync confirms the account and records the time.
Connecting DocuSign does not let the workspace send anything. The dashboard cannot create or send an envelope, and any outbound action requires an explicit approval step.
Troubleshooting
| Symptom | Cause | Fix |
