Schedule
The schedule block, and the Needs you block beside it, cover the working day.
Appointments
Each appointment shows a time, a duration, a title and one line of context — address, counterparty, or what is being inspected. A tag names the type of appointment:
| Tag | Typical content |
|---|---|
| Listing | Showings, photography, open houses |
| Project | Site visits, walkthroughs, handovers |
| Permit | Inspections and city appointments |
| Offer | Offer review and counters |
| Call | Client and lender calls |
The button on the right of each row acknowledges the appointment and names the next action. Changes to an appointment happen in the calendar that owns it.
Needs you
Needs you is the list of items where the next move is yours: a signature, a counter, a decision on a price, a missing document. Each row has a bold title and one line saying exactly what is required.
Below it, Waiting on lists the items where the next move belongs to someone else — a lender, a title company, a city office. Keeping these apart is the point: it stops you chasing work that is already in someone else’s hands.
The counter beside the heading (3 items) is the size of the list, so a glance tells you whether the day is light or heavy.
Empty days
- Nothing scheduled today.
- Nothing is waiting on you.
- Nothing outstanding.
These are normal. They mean the calendar has no rows for today — not that the block failed to load.
Where the rows come from
Appointments are read from the workspace’s calendar data. Until a connected calendar is feeding the workspace, the schedule shows the working set the workspace was set up with. An empty day means no rows, not a failed load.
