Reference
The pages in this section answer the questions that come up after the first week: what a status means, what to do when a sync fails, what the app stores, and what changed in the workspace.
| Page | Use it when |
|---|---|
| Data and privacy | You need to know what is stored, where it lives and what is never kept |
| Troubleshooting | A block shows Retry, a card shows Error, a credential is rejected or a chat channel stops answering |
| FAQ | Someone asks whether Kroll Assistant can send mail, edit a listing or share data |
| Release notes | You need to know what the workspace includes and when it landed |
Status at a glance
| Chip | Meaning | First action |

| Setup required | No credentials for that service yet | Ask the workspace administrator |
| Error | Connection exists, last check failed | Select Reconnect or Verify |
| Requested | Access request awaiting approval | Wait for the administrator |
| Not used | Optional service switched off | Nothing |

- Chat channel — Telegram or WhatsApp delivering the assistant outside the browser.
- Pairing code — the single-use code that links one chat to the workspace.
- Transcript — the stored conversation behind the assistant panel and a chat channel.
