Kroll Assistant
Kroll Assistant is the daily workspace for the residential team at The Agency and Always Construction. Three surfaces work together:
- Dashboard — the working day, the listing pipeline, the build projects and the client list on one page.
- Kroll Connect — the accounts the business already runs on, plus the chat channels that reach the assistant from a phone.
- Assistant — a chat panel on every page that answers from the same rows the dashboard shows.
Everything is read through your signed-in workspace. No part of the app is shared with clients or the public.

Connected accounts
Kroll Connect is the second half of the app. It is where Google Workspace, Dropbox, DocuSign, The MLS and optionally Microsoft 365 are connected, checked and kept in view.
- Every connection is real. A service that has not been configured shows Setup required rather than a stand-in connection.
- Credentials are stored encrypted and are never shown again after you enter them.
- Every connect, sync, permission change and disconnect is written to the audit log.

Chat channels
Telegram and WhatsApp deliver the same assistant to a phone. Each channel is connected and verified in Kroll Connect, then paired with one chat. WhatsApp and Telegram replies use the same tools and the same conversation as the panel in the browser.

The rules worth knowing
- The services own the record. Kroll Assistant reads and verifies. A listing is edited in the MLS, and a project, client or document is changed in the system that owns it.
- The MLS stays read-only. Listings are read from the brokerage feed. Listing entry always happens in the MLS itself.
- Outbound actions ask first. Messaging from the assistant is off unless the workspace enables it, and every send is confirmed and recorded as an approval.
