Clients

The clients block is the short list of people with something happening right now: a showing, a signature, a question that came in this morning.

What each row shows

• Initials in a circle, so a name is recognisable at a glance.
• Name.
• Detail — the one line that matters: what they are buying, selling or waiting on.
• Open — acknowledges the row.

Rows are ordered by recency of activity. All clients acknowledges the section and names the full client list.

Working with client rows

Treat the list as a prompt, not a record. If a client appears here, something moved — a document was signed, a viewing was booked, a reply arrived. The detail line tells you what.

Client records live in the systems that own them. This block does not hold notes, documents or contact history of its own.
