Release notes
6 November 2026 — Assistant and chat channels
- Assistant panel on every page: streamed answers, tool activity, Stop, Start over and a stored conversation per browser.
- Answers read the same rows as the dashboard — today, schedule, needs, pipeline, projects, clients, market, connections and channels.
- Telegram with long polling or a webhook, and WhatsApp linked as a device with a QR code through a local bridge.
- Pairing codes, a linked-chat list, a per-channel replies toggle and an access policy for who may message the assistant.
- Durable inbound queue with duplicate suppression, and replies split to the provider’s message limit.
- Approval-gated channel send, off unless the workspace enables outbound messaging.
5 November 2026 — Dashboard and Kroll Connect
- Dashboard blocks: Today, Schedule, Needs you, Pipeline, Projects, Clients and Market, each from its own endpoint.
- Independent staggered refresh, last-updated times, stale rows kept on failure and a Retry action.
- Greeting, date and schedule header follow the workspace time zone.
- Kroll Connect: Google Workspace, Dropbox, DocuSign and The MLS, with Microsoft 365 optional.
- OAuth authorization-code flow with Dropbox PKCE, single-use state, token refresh and account lookup.
- The MLS connects with a brokerage-issued RESO token and stays read-only.
- Fernet-encrypted access and refresh tokens, recorded sync runs and an audit log for every account action.
Current boundaries
These are product rules, not missing pieces:
- Kroll Assistant does not send mail, create calendar events, upload files or send envelopes from the dashboard.
- The MLS is read-only. Listing entry stays in the MLS.
- A property, project, client or event opens in the system that owns it; the dashboard row acknowledges the selection.
- The assistant reads workspace rows and connection status only. Legal case material is outside this workspace.
