Projects

The projects block covers the construction side of the business — the Always Construction jobs that run alongside the listings.

What each card shows

• Name of the project.
• Area line — where it is and what kind of work it is.
• Phase — the current stage of the build.
• Progress bar — how far the job has come, as a percentage.
• Foot line and date — the next milestone and when it lands.

The block is ordered by attention, not alphabetically: jobs with a nearer milestone sit above jobs with room to breathe.

Reading progress honestly

A percentage is a summary, not a status. Two jobs at 60% can be in very different positions — one waiting on an inspection, one waiting on a client decision. Read the foot line for that answer.

Empty state

No active projects. appears when no job is open for the workspace. It is not an error.

Where the rows come from

Project rows are read from the workspace. Until construction records are feeding the workspace, the block shows the working set the workspace was set up with. Changes to a job happen in the records that own it.
