Getting started

Kroll Assistant runs in the browser at https://assistant.agentkroll.com . There is nothing to install.

Sign in

Open the app

Go to https://assistant.agentkroll.com . The team access page opens first and asks for your work email.

Confirm access

Enter your work email and the code sent to it. This check protects the workspace. On a trusted browser you stay signed in and are not asked again for some time.

Enter your work email

The workspace sign-in asks for the email address and name the workspace should use. Use the address the team already uses for you — for example meir@always-construction.com. The first sign-in creates the workspace; later sign-ins reopen it.

Continue

Select Continue. Kroll Assistant opens on the Dashboard, starting at Today.

Your workspace session lasts seven days on that browser. The access check may ask for a new code after a longer break or on a new browser; that is expected.

The workspace is protected by the team access check and by the workspace sign-in. Keep the address inside the team and do not share it with clients.

Sign out

Your name and email sit at the bottom of the left menu. Select the email address to sign out and return to the sign-in screen. On a narrow screen, use the exit icon in the top bar.

The workspace at a glance

The left menu holds two areas, and a third surface sits over every page:

Dashboard expands to a list of the five sections. Selecting one scrolls the dashboard straight to that block, so the app stays on a single page and nothing reloads while you move around.

On a phone or a narrow window the menu collapses into a drawer at the top of the screen. The layout is built for screens from 390 px to 1440 px wide.

How the page refreshes

Each block on the dashboard — Today, Schedule, Needs, Pipeline, Projects, Clients, Market — loads its own data and refreshes on its own clock.

  • Everything loads once when you open the page.
  • Blocks then refresh on a staggered interval, five minutes apart by default, so they never all update at the same moment.
  • While a block is refreshing, a thin sweep runs along its top edge.
  • If a refresh fails, the last rows stay on screen and the block offers Retry. You never lose the view you were reading.
  • Every block shows when it was last updated.

The refresh interval and the time zone used for the date, greeting and schedule are workspace settings, not something you change in the browser.

The assistant

Select Assistant at the bottom-right of any page to open the panel. Ask about the working day, the pipeline, projects or clients; the answer streams in from the same workspace data the blocks show. The conversation stays for the next time you open it, and Start over begins a new one.

The assistant is read-only. It answers from your rows and never changes a record. If it has not been configured for the workspace, the panel says Setup required instead of answering.

Chat channels

Telegram and WhatsApp carry the same assistant to a phone. Connect a channel in Kroll Connect — paste a bot token for Telegram, or scan a QR code to link WhatsApp as a device — then generate a pairing code and send link CODE from the chat you want to use.
