Dashboard
The Dashboard is a single page made of independent blocks. Each block answers one question and updates on its own schedule.
| Block | Question it answers | Section |
|---|---|---|
| Today | What kind of day is this? | Today |
| Schedule | What is happening, and when? | Schedule |
| Needs you / Waiting on | What is stuck? | Needs you |
| Pipeline | What is moving, and what is next? | Pipeline |
| Projects | Which jobs are behind or ahead? | Projects |
| Clients | Who has been active? | Clients |
| Market | How is the local market moving? | Today |
The top bar
The bar across the top of the dashboard shows the date, the area (Beverly Hills · Los Angeles), a connection chip and two shortcuts.
- The chip counts the connected services — for example 3 connected.
- Connect opens Kroll Connect.
- Today’s schedule jumps to the schedule block.
The assistant
The Assistant button at the bottom-right opens a chat panel over the page. It reads the same rows as the blocks and never changes them. See Assistant.
Empty states
Well-used blocks still say something when they are empty:
- Nothing scheduled today.
- Nothing is waiting on you. / Nothing outstanding.
- No active projects. / No client activity yet.
- No portfolio summary yet. / No market data yet.
An empty block is information, not an error. It means no row matches today — usually because the underlying account has not sent data for that period.
Row buttons
Most row buttons acknowledge the selection and name the next action. The full record stays in the service that owns it: the MLS for a listing, the construction records for a project, the calendar for an appointment, the client system for a person. The dashboard is a read model, not the system of record.
Reading the colors
Rows use a small set of tones consistently:
| Tone | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Orange dot | Needs you today |
| Gold dot | Due soon |
| Grey dot | Waiting on someone else |
| Red top edge | The Needs you block |
| Teal, plum, oxblood top edge | Market, Clients, Needs — fixed block accents |
